Welcome!

Welcome to Mr. Brandstrader's 7th Grade Social Studies class. This year, we will be studying world cultures and religions, geography, genocide and tolerance. During the first quarter, we will learn the basics of geography using our Geography Alive! textbooks and iPads. 

Topics and Projects include:

• Basic Geography (Ch.1-2)
• Sim City Mapping Project
• Current Events

A complete syllabus and schedule will be posted here on September 4th.  We will also review and discuss the syllabus in class at that time.  

This week, we will discuss building procedures and expectations; classroom procedures and expectations; team building exercises; and iPad training.
